Visit They Come to America and support this man.  His film just arrived at my house last night... he sends you three factory copies - not DVD-R's.  If you are serious about protecting American sovereignty and rebuilding our economy (realizing immigration is broken and cannot be sustained) you need to put your money where your mouth is; buy his film and circulate it... and maybe start hiring Americans?

Top US military commander: 'I don't want to be complicit' if Israel attacks Iran

(RT)  The highest ranking officer in the United States military has announced that he is against American participation in any Israeli-led attack on Iran, even as pressure to destroy the Islamic Republic’s rumored nuclear program remain unrelieved.

Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters in London on Thursday that an Israeli attack would “clearly delay but probably not destroy Iran’s nuclear program,” adding that he was against US cooperation in a unilateral assault.

“I don't want to be complicit if they [Israel] choose to do it,” Dempsey told reporters.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been adamant that the nation’s nuclear facilities exist solely for peaceful purposes and that the country is not in the market for procuring nuclear warheads, a sentiment echoed by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who earlier this week told heads of state, "Our motto is nuclear energy for all and nuclear weapons for none."

So far, no foreign nations have been able to independently confirm or deny that claim. On Thursday, however, the United Nation’s International Atomic Energy Agency wrote that Iran has been uncooperative with attempts to investigate their facilities and suggested that they could be procuring nukes.

Israel, a close ally of the United States, has also claimed that Iran’s intentions are motivated by manufacturing of warheads. In May of this year, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak stated, Our position has not changed. The world must stop Iran from becoming nuclear. All options remain on the table.

From an executive standpoint, President Obama has also remained willing to strike if necessary, but has not pushed for pressure on Iran aside from the sanctions currently imposed by the United States.

"I also don't, as a matter of sound policy, go around advertising exactly what our intentions are. But (both) governments recognize that when the United States says it is unacceptable for Iran to have a nuclear weapon, we mean what we say,” President Obama said earlier this year to The Atlantic.

On Thursday, Gen. Dempsey commented that a strike against Iran over fears of their nuclear program, if conducted, could be without merit and might even erode the pro-Israeli alliance currently in place.

"International coalition" applying pressure on Iran "could be undone if [Iran] was attacked prematurely,” Dempsey said, adding that “Intelligence did not reveal intentions” to procure nukes.

Gen. Dempsey was in the UK to attend the Paralympic Games, where he is serving as the head of the U.S. delegation.

DEBKAfile: Russia Prepared to Abandon Syria

Russia’s naval base at Tartus, Syria.

Kurt Nimmo
August 31, 2012

The Israeli intelligence asset DEBKAfile reported earlier this week that Russia is prepared to abandon its naval base at Tartus in Syria if the country is attacked.

“Russian naval vessels have unexpectedly departed the Syrian Mediterranean port of Tartus and Russian arms shipments to Syria have been suddenly discontinued,” the website reported on August 28.

According to DEBKAfile’s sources, the “Russians are rapidly drawing away from the Syrian arena to avoid getting caught up in the escalating hostilities expected to arise from military intervention by the US, Europe and a number of Arab states. Russian intelligence appears to have decided that this outside intervention is imminent and Moscow looks anxious to keep its distance for now.”

News of the alleged evacuation appeared after an August 27 meeting in Brussels between NATO leaders and officers of military forces in several former Soviet Republics, major African states, Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Persian Gulf states. The participants reportedly arrived at a decision to act against Syria, according to Iran’s Press TV. The Brussels meeting is said to have included discussion of the potential for Russian and Chinese intervention in Syria.

On Thursday, General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made comments about the prospect of intervention in Syria while visiting London. He said the comparison of the Syrian situation with Libya was a source of “amusement,” The Independent reported.

Dempsey’s remarks followed Obama’s “red line” warning to Syria last week. “The red line for us is if we start seeing a bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized,” Obama said during a White House press conference. “That would change my calculus.”

“We are monitoring the situation very carefully, and have put together a range of contingency plans and communicated in no uncertain terms with every player in  the region that is a red line for us,” Obama said.

On Thursday, White House spokesman Jay Carney clarified Obama’s “red line” statement after a prominent supporter of the CIA and MI6 supported Syrian rebels said Obama’s comment on the use of chemical weapons by Syrian forces could amount “to a ‘green light’ for Assad to use as much conventional force as possible” against the foreign supported rebels. Carney insisted that the quickest way to end the bloodshed in Syria would be for Assad to step aside and have a peaceful Syrian-led political transition.

On August 23, DEBKAfile said U.S. “C130 transports stand ready at Middle East air bases to fly into Syria US elite units especially trained in combat against chemical and biological weapons and tactics for securing their arsenals.”

The website claimed western intelligence sources had reported that “those units are on standby at bases in Israel and Jordan. Their assignments are to engage Syrian troops attempting to move those unconventional weapons systems to battle fronts or Hezbollah and to prevent them falling into the hands of radical Islamic rebel fighters, especially Al Qaeda.”

In December, we cited a report posted on the website of whistleblower activist Sibel Edmonds stating that “foreign military groups, estimated at hundreds of individuals,” had taken up positions in the city of al-Mafraq in northern Jordan on the Syrian border.

The presence of al-Qaeda in Syria is supported by the Council on foreign Relations. “The Syrian rebels would be immeasurably weaker today without al-Qaeda in their ranks,” Ed Husain, a Senior Fellow of Middle East Studies with the CFR, wrote in a policy paper on August 6.

The RNC Choreographs Its Votes in Advance
August 30, 2012

Hey, it's just like the regular elections!

(Infowars)  Demopublicans and Republicrats pretty much follow scripts written by their “leadership” and the elite who pull the strings, so a teleprompter at the RNC should come as no surprise. Just another example of how everything is scripted and choreographed in advance.

TB continued: Drug-resistant strain of deadly disease alarms doctors worldwide

(RT)  The world is in the middle of a tuberculosis pandemic, scientists say. What was once a disease of undeveloped nations has raced across continents, with thousands of cases in Asia and Europe. The disease may infect up to two million people by 2015.

An extensive international study published by the Lancet medical journal shows that the illness, once thought to be the stuff of books by the likes of Charles Dickens, is making a quiet comeback. Cases of tuberculosis in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America are on the rise, and many of them are of a strain resistant to vaccination.

The study examines two types of tuberculosis: Multi drug-resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR), both of which are far more widespread than previously believed, experts claim.

MDR tuberculosis is resistant to at least two first-line drugs – Isoniazid and Rifampicin – used as primary treatment in confirmed cases of the disease. XDR is resistant not only to these two, but also to an antibiotic used as second-line drug.

"Most international recommendations for TB control have been developed for MDR-TB prevalence of up to around five percent. Yet now we face prevalence up to ten times higher in some places, where almost half of the patients … are transmitting MDR strains," Sven Hoffner of the Swedish Institute for Communicable Disease Control wrote in a commentary on the study.

Presently, most seem to worry about diseases of the exotic type: Bird or swine flu, or West Nile virus generally tend to dominate headlines in the West. But scientists are warning that the world is in the midst of a tuberculosis pandemic.

In 2010, 8.8 million people were infected with TB, with 1.4 million dying from the disease.Treating TB is an arduous process. Patients often require a multitude of drugs, with treatment lasting for up to six months. Many patients fail to complete the process correctly – which researchers believe is a factor in the increase of cases of drug-resistant forms of TB.

Drug-resistant TB is not only more difficult to treat, but also more expensive. Chief Scientific Officer Tom Evans of Aeras, a non-profit group working on development of new vaccines, told Reuters that “without a robust pipeline of new drugs to stay one step ahead, it will be nearly impossible to treat our way out of this epidemic.” But the treatment, Evans said, is “limited, expensive, and toxic.”

In the US, a case of MDR tuberculosis can cost up to $250,000 per patient. In less developed countries, such costs will likely be unmanageable for patients and healthcare systems.

According to the study, TB strains resistant to any second-line drugs were found in nearly 44 percent of patients: From 33 percent of cases in Thailand to 62 percent of cases in Latvia.

XDR tuberculosis was found in 6.7 per cent of all patients in the study. Rates in South Korea and Russia, at 15.2 and 11.3 percent respectively, were more than twice the global estimate made by the World Health Organization.

The highest prevalence of MDR tuberculosis documented to date – 47.8 percent – was reported in 2011 in Minsk, Belarus, according to the Lancet study.

Though infection rates vary greatly between countries, scientists warn against stereotyping the disease as an issues solely of poorer, less developed nations: “MDR tuberculosis is not an issue isolated in one city or country, but reflects a wider public health threat resulting from severely resistant forms of M tuberculosis. To adequately address MDR tuberculosis, more solid epidemiological information is needed to increase overall understanding of disease development and transmission,” Sven Hoffner wrote in Lancet.

Does anyone ever wonder how, and why, things like this become resistant to vaccination in the first place?  Could it be that vaccines drive the evolution of pathogens?  I think so...

Texas Students Revolt Against Mandatory RFID Tracking Chips

Paul Joseph Watson
Wednesday, August 30, 2012

Students and parents at two San Antonio schools are in revolt over a program that forces kids to wear RFID tracking name tags which are used to pinpoint their location on campus as well as outside school premises.

Students at John Jay High School and Anson Jones Middle School will be mandated to wear the tags from today which will be used to track them on campus as well as when they enter and leave school.

Andrea Hernandez is leading a group of students who refuse to wear the tags because in her words, “It makes me uncomfortable. It’s an invasion of my privacy,” she told

Hernandez is being backed by parents and privacy experts like Dr. Katherine Albrecht who point out that the spy chips are more about making money than keeping students safe, as the schools claim.

By reducing truancy and tardiness, the school stands to net $2 million dollars in state funding.

Hernandez points out that the system is all but useless because students will just leave their tag in their locker or hand it to a friend to avoid being monitored.

Parents and students have rallied to organize a protest against the spy chips which is set to take place today.

Hernandez also fears that the RFID chips could be used to track students outside of school, a valid concern given past examples of how such technology has been abused by school officials.

In 2010, the Lower Merion School District in Pennsylvania used school-issued laptops to spy on kids in their own home. The controversy ignited after student Blake Robbins was disciplined for “improper behavior in his home”. It turned out that school officials had installed software on the laptops that used the computer’s webcam to send images back to the school server every 15 seconds.

Hernandez also pointed out that sexual predators could use the tracking system to stalk children because the RFID tag continues to send a signal even after students have left school premises.

“With a smart phone you can use the option to use your locator but this I can’t turn it off,” Hernandez said.

As we reported earlier this week, similar programs where students are tracked both inside and outside school are already in operation across the country.

Children in nine Austin schools are being forced to carry around GPS tracking devices everywhere they go under the justification of preventing truancy. The kids are also assigned a “mentor” with whom they must check in several times a day.

Such a system is hardly much different from prisoners who are mandated to wear a GPS ankle bracelet and regularly check in with parole officers.

Indeed, treating schoolchildren like prisoners in anticipation for their introduction into outside world, a surveillance state in which they are also expected to acquiesce to an omnipresent big brother, is seemingly the ultimate goal of such programs.

DHS Source: “It’s Going Hot”- Obama False Flag Coming(?)

"It's going hot." Those were the ominous opening and closing words from my source inside the Department of Homeland Security in two separate contacts we had within the last 72 hours. Readers to this website and listeners to my radio program know this source as "Rosebud," a source with access to high levels within the DHS administration.

I asked my source for details. "What exactly is the plan? Can you give me specific details? How do you know about this plan 'going hot?'"

"Okay, from what I've been able to learn, there have been a couple different plans or scenarios developed, ready to be implemented at a moment's notice, but each are distinctly different in nature and timing." stated my source. "This is done for a few reasons. Look how the weather changed the plans for [Vice-President Joe] Biden's visit to Tampa. That's just one example. They've got contingencies. They are watching the poll numbers. They are closely monitoring public sentiment. But the objective of the plan is that they want to portray Obama as a victim of racist hatred by the white gun owners, the people concerned about the Constitution, the people they consider fringe. They want to silence their critics, prove that talk show hosts are causing hatred, and that all gun owners are behind the recent shootings. That's at the heart of the plan. But to understand just how insidious this is, you've got to understand the people who are behind it."

Nero in the White House, Caligula at the DHS

My source continued, "I've been trying to get as much information as possible, but it's not been easy. This is definitely a plan that has its origins at the highest levels of the White House, and seems limited to maybe a handful of the people closest to Obama. The only reason I know about this authorization order, or approval, or whatever you want to call it, is that there was a major slip up at the very upper level of DHS, and I mean the very upper level" he stated.

"Remember the news about sexual harassment, intimidation and all of the garbage that's gone on between the people Napolitano brought in and promoted due to their 'lifestyle' preferences? These are some sick people, mental rapists and perverts, who she's brought in to her innermost circle. They make Caligula look like a boy scout, at least with power and sex. Well, one of those people, close to Napolitano, was involved in a meeting where the concept and approval of a false flag was being discussed."

"This is where they almost lost it. You've got to understand that this whole thing is very compartmentalized and we're talking about a very small group of people in this meeting. This person knew some of the information, not all of it, and let some information slip to a counterpart. That counterpart, who found herself involved in a situation way over her head, talked. I won't go any further, but that's how I ended up learning the latest information," said my source. "Now you should have an idea of how this slipped out. But they had a quick handle on damage control, given the circumstances behind the disclosure. Potentially embarrassing circumstances, sexual blackmail" he added.

Bin Laden 'killed while unarmed': SEAL book debunks official death story

(RT)  A firsthand account of the assassination raid against the former Al-Qaeda head challenges the official US narrative, claiming bin Laden was shot as he peeked out of his bedroom, unarmed. He did not have a weapon or resist, as was announced.

The Associated Press obtained a copy of the book, titled ‘No Easy Day.’ In it, former Navy SEAL Mark Bissonnette, using the pseudonym Mark Owen and assumed names for the SEALs who participated in the mission, described the 2011 raid in Pakistan in detail.

His position – right after the “point man” – gave him a chance to clearly hear the “suppressed gunfire” immediately after the lead SEAL had seen a “man peeking out of the door” on the right side of the hallway.

The author then described how bin Laden – the SEALs later made sure it was him – ducked back into his bedroom. The SEALs followed, only to find bin Laden crumpled on the floor in a pool of blood, with a hole visible on the right side of his head and two women wailing over his body.

“[We] trained our lasers on his chest and fired several rounds. The bullets tore into him, slamming his body into the floor until he was motionless," the book reads according to a report by the Huffington Post, which also purchased a copy of the book.

The SEALs later found two weapons stored by the doorway, untouched, the author said. Neither weapon was loaded.

"He hadn’t even prepared a defense. He had no intention of fighting. He asked his followers for decades to wear suicide vests or fly planes into buildings, but didn’t even pick up his weapon," Owen wrote.

This passage contradicts numerous reports that stated that bin Laden was shot only after he returned to his bedroom, with the SEALs assuming he was searching for a weapon. Instead, Owen wrote, he was unarmed and had been fatally wounded before the soldiers had entered the room. The book also refuted accounts that the SEALs were fired upon while they were outside the gate of the compound, and that a 40-minute firefight ensued.

Another revelation rebuts the accounts that bin Laden’s body was treated with dignity before being given a full Muslim burial at sea. The author described a cramped helicopter flight out of the compound, with a SEAL named ‘Walt’ sitting on bin Laden’s chest as the body lay at the author’s feet in the middle of the cabin.
Already topping the bestseller lists of online shopping websites, the book was set to be released on September 11. The publisher moved the release date up a week to September 4, “in response to overwhelming excitement'' from the public.

The Pentagon announced on Monday that it is reviewing a copy of the soon-to-be-published book for leaks of classified information, the Associated Press reported.

Up until now, the author had not submitted the book for the pre-publication review that is required by the military secrecy agreements officials claim the SEAL signed.

If Pentagon officials determined that the manuscript revealed classified information about the raid, the Department of Defense would “defer to the Department of Justice,” the said. The former SEAL could then face criminal charges.

Photos of Owen have already been posted on Al-Qaeda websites, alongside calls for his murder, the AP reported.

It contradicts/debunks the official story because both are bullshit.

Personally, I am not buying for one second that any of this or the "official" story is real.  I don't believe that Osama was killed by the U.S. period.  Many, many, high ranking ISI and Paki generals have stated over the years that he died in late 2001/ early 2002 due to an existing medical condition.  Secondly, you don't get the one man you've been searching for, for years, not try and take him alive, only to later just toss him over the side of a ship.  Third, just after these "events", most of the involved men die in a helo that went down... convenient.  They provide no evidence for their tall tales.  Why is it, as time progresses, we need less and less evidence?  We have lost all objectivity?  We buy what we are told?  It's no fucking wonder why people were able to be sold bad investments like derivatives.

Just look at some of the extremely lame, sensationalized, excerpts:

"I think most of the guys on the helicopter actually caught some much-needed sleep on the ride in. ... All the hype was gone and it was just another night at work for us." [You're flying in to capture or kill the #1 terrorist in the world, and you are such a godly badass, you sleep on the flight in...]

"Suddenly, the helicopter kicked to the right 90 degrees and I could feel my stomach drop like riding a roller-coaster. The rotors above me screamed as the Black Hawk tried to claw its way back into the air. With each second, the helicopter slipped closer toward the earth."  [... only to be awaken as your ride, conveniently, crash-lands into the bin Laden compound.  And, during the next 15 minutes, the bin Laden "imposter", in a room with two firearms, doesn't arm himself?  Yeah, right.  I also have a pile of shit I want to sell you.]

"In his death throes, he was still twitching and convulsing. Another assaulter and I trained our lasers on his chest and fired several rounds. The bullets tore into him, slamming his body into the floor until he was motionless."

"It was strange to see such an infamous face up close. Lying in front of me was the reason we had been fighting for the last decade. It was surreal trying to clean blood off the most wanted man in the world so that I could shoot his photo. I had to focus on the mission, right now we needed some good quality photos." [Um, what photo? There is so much BS pertaining to this I can smell it coming at me through my computer. So they have photos but I guess after all the fake Osama videos they put together over the years, that were all figured out, they wisely chose to simply toss him off a ship...]

Republican On Hot Mic Cheers Censorship Of Ron Paul Delegates "Great Job!"

Yes, American public.  Continue to delude yourselves that we have a free country, that we make our own choices - of course they are not made and offered to us.  Guess maybe it's the minority that is sick and tired of having only a choice of coke or diet coke.

I think the woman in the middle must have been picking some good ol' southern cotton with her mouth and may have forgotten to spit it out.  Don't they just look like they are part of something so special and historic?  Can't you see how they look to each other for reassurance on that sentiment?  They keep each other in check and in line.  Like they each now know, and only them, the secrets of the universe.

Bewildered.  Befuddled.  And voluntarily brainwashed.

Paul should have ditched this two-party charade and ran as an independent with James.

Rrrriiiigggghhhtttttt.  Romney got 453 and all others, especially Ron Paul, received only 12.  If you don't find this alarming keep sipping the Kool-Aid.  Doesn't matter what color it is... blue or red, just keep sipping and pretend all is well.  Don't mind the weird moustache you have around your mouth... it's only people like me that it's visible to.

Remember, your vote for one of two people will make a significant difference and your beloved country lies in the balance.  Your vote on the choices deemed to be available to you counts.

These people are quite insane. Drunken with groupthink... just look at the expressions on their faces.  I find this very scary.  These people are no less brainwashed than your average cult member... only their cult is called the Republicants. Same thing goes for the Democraps as was evident when the fervor was over big brotha Obama (people were crying like it was the second coming).  If Romney infests the office I want to see these people and their Stepford Wife/Twilight Zone demeanor in four years.  Of course it's hard for real morons to realize and account for the error of their ways, so it is very likely in 2016, they will still tow the party line, they just will not appear so jolly and will be rather subdued... much like the crying Obama supporters in 2008.

Marine Kidnapped Over Facebook Posts: ‘I Am Scared For My Country’

Brandon Raub, a decorated marine who was arrested by federal agents and incarcerated in a psych ward for simply posting thoughts and song lyrics to his Facebook page, discusses his ordeal and his thoughts about the state of our freedoms with John Whitehead, Constitutional Attorney and President of The Rutherford Institute.

Paul Joseph Watson
Wednesday, August 29, 2012

In his first public comments since being kidnapped by authorities over political posts on Facebook, former Marine Brandon Raub tells John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute that he is scared for his country.

Raub’s case went viral on the Internet earlier this month when on August 16, the former Iraq and Afghanistan veteran was kidnapped from his home by police, FBI and Secret Service agents and forcibly incarcerated in a psychiatric ward by authorities in Virginia in response to Facebook posts which the FBI deemed “terrorist” in nature.

Raub was released after a week when a judge concluded that the original petition ordering him to be detained contained no information whatsoever on the reasons behind Raub’s incarceration.

Raub explained that one of his main concerns in being publicly vocal about his concerns with the activity of the U.S. government was executive orders that allow the state to seize dictatorial power in a time of crisis, including the seizure of private property, communications and the institution of forced labor camps.

Raub explains how he set up a Facebook group with his brother and sister which was based on the Illuminati card game, which contextualizes some of the comments that the FBI dubiously claimed were “terrorist” in nature, including a reference to Raub ‘sharpening his axe’.

Raub said the quote was a metaphor, adding, “The truth is very powerful and it has the ability to cut, truth is not always nice,” pointing out that Jesus would have probably also been investigated as a terrorist for encouraging his followers to sell their cloak and buy a sword.

Relaying the sequence of events that led to him being kidnapped by authorities, Raub said that two FBI agents initially came to the door to talk to him while police who looked like they were attempting to conceal their presence lined the road.

“At the beginning it was very vague, it was almost as if they wanted me to volunteer information,” said Raub, adding that he had to draw out of them the reason for the visit, which eventually turned out to be the content of his Facebook posts.

Raub then stepped outside to speak to a Secret Service agent who quizzed him about his political beliefs.

“I mentioned the Bilderberg Group and their violation of politicians in this country meeting with them and specifically the Logan Act,” said Raub, adding that the Secret Service agents were taking notes to research the topics further at a later time.

After around 15 minutes of conversation, the police surrounded Raub and grabbed him, failing to read him his MIranda rights. When Raub appealed to the police to allow him to put some clothes on, even at gunpoint, the cops refused.

“I realized that they weren’t going to read me my rights and they weren’t arresting me, so I basically just decided to make it more difficult for them to take me,” said Raub, explaining why the video shows him dropping to the floor.

After his detention, Raub was given a hearing date and moved to a psychiatric ward three hours away from his family and legal team. Shortly before his eventual release, a psychiatrist threatened to forcibly medicate Raub in order to “brainwash” him.

Asked what he thought of the whole experience, Raub responded, “It made me scared for my country, the idea that a man can be snatched out of his property without being read his rights should be extremely alarming to all Americans.”

John Whitehead emphasizes how 20 people in the same county as Raub have been similarly “disappeared” so far in the month of August alone.

Raub responded by referring to George Orwell’s 1984 and how former President Bill Clinton recently called for a ministry of truth similar to that depicted in Orwell’s dystopian classic to monitor content on the Internet.

It remains to be seen whether the authorities will again target Brandon Raub given the outpouring of support he received from the Internet community. However, as we highlighted last week, Americans across the country and particularly veterans are being targeted for psychiatric kidnappings and evaluations by the state as part of a system that increasingly resembles the infamous psikhushka psychiatric prisons in the former Soviet Union, where dissidents were sent to be isolated, brainwashed, and have their political ideas discredited amongst the general public.

Manhattan to be sprayed against West Nile

If you live in Manhattan, make sure to go outside and do some deep breathing exercises.  Maybe go for a jog.  How about telling your kids to go outside and play.  Or what about taking the dog for a walk?

People absolutely love to blow things completely out of proportion.  Some people have used the term "epidemic" in reference to West Nile; in reality the vast, vast majority of people develop only flu-like symptoms... a very, VERY small handful of which actually dies.  But with everything these days, including extreme overuse of antibiotics and all other sorts of "medicines", people accept and embrace the "authorities" spraying chemicals in and around where families live, work, and play.  Do they ever disclose what they are spraying?  Is there any civilian oversight?  No.  So, c'est la vie.  Enjoy it.  Breath it in.  Hold it in as long as possible.  And don't forget to make the kids get out there.

Maybe they'll dust David Rockefeller's house.

Overkill: Why Pesticide Spraying for West Nile Virus May Cause More Harm Than Good

Pesticides Targeting West Nile-Carrying Mosquitos May be a Thyroid Danger

The dangers of Widespread Pesticide

(Yahoo) One of New York's most expensive neighborhoods will be sprayed this week with pesticide to combat the West Nile virus, officials said Tuesday.

The city regularly sprays against the mosquito-borne disease, which has seen a surge in outbreaks in the United States this year. Friday's spraying is notable because it will target Manhattan's prestigious Upper West Side neighborhood and parts of the famed Central Park.

"These neighborhoods are being treated due to rising West Nile virus activity with high and/or increasing mosquito populations," the Department of Health said in a statement.

The department said trucks would spray "a very low concentration" of pesticide and that "when properly used, this product poses no significant risks to human health."

However, it also urged people to stay indoors during the spraying and to remove clothes and children's toys from outside.  [Huh?  Doublespeak much?]

At least 41 people have died in the United States from the disease this summer, health officials said. A total of 1,118 cases have been identified across the country.  [Everybody has different statistics.  Who knows the actual, real numbers.]

Here's the deal, if you have immune issues, stay inside at night our wear long sleeve items of clothing.  Maybe stay away from the processed crap called food, that lines the grocery store aisles where you shop, and the restaurants you frequent, and possibly you may develop a stronger immune system.

Apple Patent Shuts Down Your Smartphone

Teenage Riots in Sweden

Media spins nationalism as "bad"...

Demonstrations by socialist vs patriotic [no spin here] groups during a May Day holiday in Sweden turns violent.

Oh my God, "the nationalists went through a park where families were having picnics"?!?  How in the hell did we not hear about women and children, families, all slaughtered while enjoying a picnic lunch?  I'll tell you why, because the narrator of this video is full of spin... she, and the creators of the video, are displaying their bias loud and strong.  But, sadly, most people don't get this.  They are simply not objective enough.

na·tion·al·ism[nash-uh-nl-iz-uhm, nash-nuh-liz-] - devotion and loyalty to one's own nation; patriotism.

Here's the thing; how, and why, is it wrong, bad, or evil, to be nationalistic; ie. patriotic; ie. protecting your country, its economy, and sovereignty?  Why is it bad to not want jobs in your country going to an imported work force???

It's not.  But, these days, with the media, universities, and groupthink, we are indoctrinated to believe nationalism is a bad thing; being patriotic is okay in all things but in action... you can wave a flag around or sing a national anthem all you like, but the moment you write, speak, or demonstrate beliefs that aim to protect national identity and economies, you are suddenly labeled "xenophobic".

Come visit the United States if you are a Swede that champions cutting jobs away from Swedish citizens.  Come and visit Los Angeles, San Bernardino, or Stockton, California if you think social programs and tax revenue should be allocated for providing for illegal migrants.

Last off, just as some have said of crime statistics here in major U.S. cities, go and speak with women in Norway about rape statistics.

To be nationalist does not mean to be a Nazi.  We can also say that the Nazi party was socialist... can we not?  People that do this, as you see in the video, play semantics, and twist things in favor of their bias (a bias which is learned and which lacks any rational, abstract thought).

In the end, is not so hard to understand why people feel the way they do?!?  Anyone out there that doesn't want to protect American jobs for Americans, Mexican jobs for Mexicans, Russian jobs for Russians, and so on should pave the way, if they are employed, by resigning from their position so an immigrant may take that position.  Anyone that doesn't do this, has neither been in the unemployment lines and is completely full of crap... without any principle.

And once more, for the first world, according to globalist cabal members, the first world must be brought down to meet the third in the middle.

Someone, please tell me how nationalism is RACIST?  Good luck coming up with a clever way to do so, because it has absolutely nothing to do with racism.

Globalism will be defeated with, or without, the hypnotized, bleeding heart, zombies out there.

Oh yeah, and again, here, we see the moronic "black block" kid provocateurs...  Also, who started the violence?  Who was throwing bottles and rocks at the other?  Of course, there are morons in any and all groups.

The Conspiracy of an Empire: A Letter to Those that Serve the System:

Shawn Helton and Neema Enriquez
August 28, 2012

Your way of life has been pre-determined, you just don’t realize it yet.

The tyrannical empire you serve is full of depraved, sociopathic eugenicists whose goals are to consolidate wealth and take precious resources from around the globe.

Through planned economic terror and preemptive wars in the guise of humanitarian interventions, the United States and western interests are pushing towards a shock phase of expansionism. The carefully crafted illusion of what globalization is has convinced you that we need the democratization of non-democratic states. This is cover for a greater power grab that you blindly clock in for each and every day.

The shadow network of government is the ultimate change agent. Since 9/11 we’ve seen a systematic erosion of civil liberties in the United States by means of illegal wire tapping, hyper surveillance, warrant-less searches and an ever-increasing police state. Our forefathers warned us about the dangers of an expansionist, authoritarian government which you have readily accepted. You have unknowingly sacrificed your freedoms for a moment of false security and a paycheck.

You’ve been led to believe that there are both internal and external threats, opening the door for a larger police and military presence here in the U. S. as well as around the world. You have approved lethal, pharmaceutical drugs that have not been thoroughly tested for safety. You have turned a blind eye to companies that chemically engineer our food supply, compromising human sustenance for generations to come. The very agencies that claim to protect our national security have abused your trust.

I don’t blame you for being idealistic in thinking that by working for these government institutions, you can be part of the solution. You probably graduated from a highly respected liberal arts college, participated in events designed to help your local community and discussed “ground up” reform from “the inside out” with other concerned students just like yourself. Sadly, our education systems have also been infiltrated by this shadow government network and it’s very likely that the speeches you received on altruism and putting the care and concern of your fellow man before yourself has also been carefully crafted to deceive you into a socialist or Marxist ethos.

Carroll Quigley, former professor at a number of “well respected” institutions of higher learning such as Harvard, Princeton and Georgetown University was deeply involved with advocating for this Marxist empirical network. In his 1,350 page book entitled “Tragedy and Hope” Quigley writes:
I know of operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years… and was permitted to examine secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims…”
Quigley continues to describe the goal of the network which is:
“nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. His [the individual's] freedom and choice will be controlled within very narrow alternatives by the fact that he will be numbered from birth and followed, as a number, through his educational training, his required military or other public service, tax contributions, health and medical requirements to his final retirement and death benefits.”
The academic community is a continued part of the network’s system of control and indoctrination into a far reaching destructive plan seeking to control the minds of the next generation.

NY Times Scrubs Mention Of CIA Arming Syrian Rebels

Paul Joseph Watson
Tuesday, August 28, 2012

In an article about France urging Syrian rebels to form a provisional government, the New York Times scrubbed a passage which revealed that the CIA was helping funnel arms to rebel groups that have aligned themselves with Al-Qaeda terrorists.

Version three of the story, posted at 19:45:05 UTC yesterday and entitled France Says It Would Recognize Provisional Syrian Government, included the line, ” American intelligence agents have helped funnel arms to rebel groups.”

However, fifteen minutes later the revelation that the CIA was arming the rebels was removed and replaced with the words, “American intelligence agents have helped to identify the rebel groups that receive arms.”

Copies of the two different versions of the article can be viewed here.

This change of wording, albeit subtle, serves to absolve the CIA of directly arming rebels, who are admittedly being led by Al-Qaeda terrorists as the London Guardian reported last month.

Earlier this month, President Barack Obama signed a secret order authorizing the CIA to aid Syrian rebels in attempting to overthrow Bashar Al-Assad. However, the order stopped short of allowing the CIA to provide lethal weapons.

Despite public claims on behalf of the White House that no weapons are being sent to the rebels, reports that the CIA has been doing precisely that have been circulating for months, including a recent story about CIA spies smuggling 14 stinger missiles into Syria so rebels could defend themselves with ground to air technology.

The New York Times admitted in a June 21 report that the CIA was “steering” arms to Syrian rebels from the Turkish border, but claimed the weapons were paid for by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The New York Times’ decision to alter the wording of the article is another example of how NATO-aligned media outlets are concerned about overemphasizing western support for the rebels given their involvement in terrorist attacks and other acts of brutality.

Last week, the BBC removed a video clip which documented how FSA rebels were committing war crimes by using prisoners as unwitting suicide bombers.

In a related development, hackers infiltrated Amnesty International’s website last night and used the NGO’s blog platform to post stories about the plight of protesters in Bahrain, Kurds in Turkey, as well as an article entitled Amnesty Calls on UN to stop the US, Qatar and Turkey funding and arming Syria Rebels.

The Associated Press dismissed the article as a “fake blog post” and refused to divulge its content. Yet the story, a cached copy of which can be read here, cited confirmed reports that Syrian rebels are engaging in war crimes, as well as FSA fighters being responsible for the Houla massacre, which was initially blamed on Assad’s forces.

Israeli court acquits Israel of 2003 killing of US pro-Palestinian activist Rachel Corrie

(RT)  An Israeli judge has exonerated a military investigation that acquitted the IDF of the killing of a US activist by a bulldozer. The judge reiterated that the death was “an accident,” while the victim’s family insists she was purposefully run over.

Nine years after US activist Rachel Corrie was crushed to death by an Israeli army bulldozer, her family has been handed a verdict in their civil lawsuit against Israel.

The court ruled that the state was not at fault for Corrie’s death and that an earlier military investigation, which cleared troops of wrongdoing, was conducted appropriately. It further stated that there was neither intent nor negligence involved.

After hearing the verdict, Rachel's mother Cindy said that she was deeply saddened, but expected that the IDF soldiers would be granted systemic impunity.

"Now we know that the protection for soldiers extends to the court," she told reporters outside the court. “At least we have had access to a court system, which most Palestinians are denied," she said.

“While not surprising, this verdict is yet another example of where impunity has prevailed over accountability and fairness,” attorney for the Corrie family Hussein Abu Hussein said in a statement posted on the Rachel Corrie foundation website.

On March 16, 2003, the 23-year old American was crushed and killed by an Israeli bulldozer while attempting to stop the vehicle from destroying Palestinian homes on the Egypt-Gaza border. Corrie was a volunteer with the International Solidarity Movement, and was one of eight American and British activists attempting to prevent the demolition.

The Israeli army had been conducting systematic demolitions in the densely populated area in an attempt to halt gun and mortar attacks against soldiers and Jewish settlers.

An investigation by an Israeli military court cleared the IDF of wrongdoing, concluding that Corrie’s death was an accident and that she was at fault for endangering herself.

“Rachel Corrie was not run over by an engineering vehicle but rather was struck by a hard object, most probably a slab of concrete which was moved or slid down while the mound of earth which she was standing behind was moved,” the IDF report said.

The driver, whose name has never been disclosed, insisted he had not seen the activist despite her wearing an orange jacket and being clearly visible. The Corrie family was unable to take him to court, as the Israeli Supreme Court has upheld a decision to shield him from prosecution.

Eyewitness accounts from Rafah claimed that the driver of the bulldozer was aware that Corrie was in front of the vehicle, but continued to demolish the house and intentionally crushed her in the process.

“The bulldozer went towards her very slowly, she was fully in clear view, straight in front of them,” witness Tom Dale of Lichfield, Staffordshire, said.

No charges were brought against the driver or his superiors, and the case was closed.

Unsatisfied by the IDF’s report, the Corrie family launched a civil case against the state of Israel in March 2010, accusing its military of either intentionally killing Corrie, or of gross negligence.

The court ruling exonerated the Israeli military investigation, and denied any malicious intent or negligence on the part of the IDF.

“Rachel Corrie was injured as a result of her prohibited action, for which she is solely responsible, due to her considerable negligence and lack of caution,” the Israeli Justice Ministry said in a statement.

The Corrie family's case is the first civil lawsuit on behalf a foreigner harmed by the IDF to have been concluded in a full civilian trial. Other cases have resulted in out-of-court settlements.

The family claimed they spent over $200,000 of their own savings to fly in witnesses, attend hearings and translate over 2,000 pages of court transcripts. Their case was supported by an army of volunteers, including lawyers, translators and media activists.

The Corries were seeking a symbolic $1 in damages, along with compensation for costs incurred during litigation.
Here, you can see the Jewish state's version of Lebensraum in effect.

More Lebensraum.

All of the bulldozers used by Israel to destroy property and homes are made by Caterpillar.  This is another company that should be boycotted.  Also, the Israeli lobby in Washington DC should be deported and prohibited from operating on U.S. soil.

Have US candidates forgotten Afghanistan?

(  It has lasted nearly 11 years and claimed the lives of some 2,000 Americans. So why are Barack Obama, the US president, and Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential candidate, not talking about the US war in Afghanistan in the US 2012 election campaign?

Obama inherited America's entanglement in Afghanistan from his predecessor George W Bush, but he embraced the mission wholeheartedly, calling it a 'just war'.

In December 2009, Obama launched his new strategy for US involvement in Afghanistan in what became known as the surge - a further 30,000 US troops entering the conflict.

The other main points were the pursuit of a more effective civilian strategy which included cracking down on ineffective or corrupt Afghan government agencies, and to have a more robust partnership with Pakistan built on mutual respect and trust.

But some analysts have judged Obama's tactic as being a dismal failure with some 1,000 US troops losing their lives, about the same as in the previous eight years of war.

In addition to an unknown number of Taliban and other insurgent casualties, it is estimated that more than 10,000 Afghan troops have lost their lives with at least another 10,000 civilian deaths since the war commenced in 2001.

In May 2012, Obama and Hamid Karzai, the Afghan president, signed an agreement that was short on specifics. But the aim is to hand combat responsibility to Afghan troops by the end of 2014, while giving the US the option to keep troops in the country for many years to come.

There is little sign the Taliban are close to being defeated and the handover plan has been complicated by a rise in so-called green on blue attacks by Afghan soldiers on US and other NATO soldiers. Twenty-two US soldiers have been killed by their Afghan allies this year. The latest attack came on Monday morning when two US soldiers were killed after an Afghan soldier opened fire in the province of Laghman.

But with the US presidential campaign in full swing neither party seems to want to discuss the war. Mitt Romney, the Republican candidate, in particular seems vague on what he would do differently from Obama.

Inside Story: US 2012 asks: Why is the US' war in Afghanistan not a major election issue?

To discuss this with presenter Shihab Rattansi are guests: Lawrence Wilkerson, who served as chief-of-staff to Colin Powell as then secretary of state, and a former US army veteran of more than 30 years; Kurt Volker, who served as US envoy to NATO in both the Bush and Obama administrations; and Rajiv Chandrasekaran, a senior correspondent and associate editor at the Washington Post, and the author of Little America: The war within the war for Afghanistan.

"I don't think Obama was railroaded by the military. All the decisions were filtered through what can we do domestically ... what do domestic political advisors think about this, what will the American public support, how much is it going to cost, how long it is going to take ... That's where a strategy like this never has a chance."

Kurt Volker, a former US envoy to NATO
