Homeland: if home is a land of bad TV

This is what an episode of Homeland will make you feel like...

Three seasons and thirty-six episodes of this show (yeah that is 36 hours of Homeland)... and after the writers couldn't find their ass from their head beginning midway through season one... so they take us to silly new heights of far-fetched plots - they are shockingly renewed for a fourth season. This show, as horrible and annoying as it is, is like an insect bite or bad habit; you know it isn't good for you but you can't help yourself but watch the mediocre hyped show. This show is clearly designed for the Kool-Aid drinkers out there that buy a "war on terror" and that Iran is the great boogie man.

Just like food that contains E. coli, Homeland is something that needs to be experienced to know just how bad it is.

If there is one thing that has become overly apparent to me over these past few years, it is that not all cable shows are created equal. Matter of fact, some like Homeland, are more on par with the silly cheese being aired on network TV. Homeland is one step up from All My Children in the acting and writing department. Actually, with all the goofy twists maybe they hired some soap opera writers. How Boardwalk Empire and Homeland share the same platform is beyond me.

I wish I could forget...

[I realize this is more of a rant... it was written while under the effects of the show. I will attempt to clarify things over time. In the meantime, why not watch an episode from season 2 or 3 and send me an email?]

Former Philippine Governor Kills Lion For Birthday

No it's not just Melissa Bachman. Where you usually find one roach there are many others. South Africa continues to let tourists hunt and kill lions and other animals in the name of fun. South Africa, despite the silly little "ban Melissa Bachman" petition, is the real problem - without enforcement of protection and their willingness to both turn a blind eye and continual allowance of this is the real issue. South Africa should be boycotted and, in my opinion, have massive trade sanctions levied against it. South Africa is now on my short list, right there along with China.

Here is another piece of shit that needs to have an accident. Dick (Cheney), where are you?

MANILA (UPDATED) -- Photos of former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis "Chavit" Singson with a lion he shot dead during a hunting expedition in South Africa are drawing flak online.

The photos, which were initially published in June on the website of the Philippine Times of Southern Nevada, show Singson posing beside a male lion and an antelope that he shot at the Kalahari Desert as he celebrated his birthday.

According to the report, Singson went to the Kalahari Desert, which extends 900,000 square kilometers and covers much of Botswana and parts of Namibia and South Africa, to hunt wild animals.

Singson, like all other hunters, waited for about a year to get his shooting license, it said.
"His hunting rifle took down a male lion and an antelope, highly valued targets. Needless to say, he couldn't be happier. His feats were celebrated in his birthday bash in Spear Safari, also in the savannah. An image of his prized catch is printed onto his cake, making the celebration go down in history as one of the most memorable," the report said.

On micro-blogging site Twitter, some netizens reacted negatively to the photos

Odds of Alien Life 'Very High', House Panel Hears

Breitbart News
December 5, 2013

The likelihood of life on other planets is "very high," a planetary scientist told a House committee in a hearing some Democrats chided as evading U.S. issues.

"The chance that there's a planet like Earth out there with life on it is very high," Massachusetts Institute of Technology planetary science and physics Professor Sara Seager told the House Science Committee.

"The question is: Is there life near here, in our neighborhood of stars? We think the chances are good," she said, answering a question from Rep. Ralph Hall, R-Texas, who asked: "Do you think there's life out there, and are they studying us? And what do they think about New York City?"

Seager was one of three Ph.D.-credentialed witnesses prominent in a scientific field once considered speculative who testified at a hearing called "Astrobiology: The Search for Biosignatures in Our Solar System and Beyond."

A biosignature is a substance -- such as an element, molecule or even a phenomenon -- that provides scientific evidence of past or present life.

Seager studies gases on distant planets that might indicate life.

The others testifying were NASA astrobiologist Mary Voytek and science historian and astrobiologist Steven J. Dick of the Library of Congress.

Voytek and Dick also answered Hall's question.

"Whether they're looking at New York or some small town in Indiana, the diversity of life here and the way that we live our lives is phenomenal, and I think it goes all the way down from humans to microbes," Voytek said.

Dick said, "I think the guiding principle holds that what's happened here has happened elsewhere in our huge universe," the Washington Post reported.

The 90-minute hearing, called by committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, brought praise and respect from Democrats in the room but partisan mockery from a Democratic campaign committee outside.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which works to elect Democrats to the House, said GOP lawmakers were holding a hearing on "space aliens" rather than tackling issues such as immigration reform or a minimum-wage increase.

"No wonder the American people think this Republican Congress is from another planet -- they're more interested in life in space than Americans' lives," committee spokeswoman Emily Bittner said in a statement.

"Saying this Republican Congress has misplaced priorities is an understatement of galactic proportions," she said.

Seager, whose scientific research has earned her a MacArthur Foundation "genius grant," told lawmakers scientists now had the capacity to make a breakthrough.

"This is the first time in human history we have the technological reach to cross the threshold," she said in remarks quoted by Britain's Guardian newspaper.

The next-generation James Webb Space Telescope, scheduled for launch in 2018, and other advances are changing the search for alien life forms, she told lawmakers.

"If life really is everywhere, we actually have a shot at it," she said.

The Hubble Space Telescope, carried into orbit by a U.S. space shuttle in 1990, recently detected water in the atmospheres of five planets outside the solar system, two published studies reported by NBC News Tuesday indicated.

The testifying scientists appealed to lawmakers for funding, including investment in space telescopes designed to detect biosignatures.

The latest White House budget calls for $17.7 billion for NASA, a slight decrease from 2012.

"I know that funding is tough, but it's the best thing that you can do," said Voytek in remarks quoted by the Guardian.

"You've pretty much indicated [the discovery of] life on other planets is inevitable," Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., told the panelists. "It's just a matter of time and funding."

The collapse of the North Tower on Sept. 11, 2001, sent fiery debris into Tower 7, lighting fires that burned for seven hours on multiple floors until it destroyed that building and crushed the Con Edison substation located directly underneath the building.

In 2004, Con Edison sued New York City, the Port Authority, and Tower 7′s owners and developers in Manhattan for negligence. The federal action has since gone through multiple rounds of appeals, amended complaints and procedural challenges by different groups of defendants.

Mass Unrest in Ukraine Amid Supposed Tug of War Between EU, Russia

Alex Newman
New American
December 5, 2013

In the midst of a supposed tug-of-war between two giant powers — the emerging Brussels-based European Union super-state and Vladimir Putin’s Russian government — massive protests rocked the streets of Ukraine and its capital, Kiev, in recent days. The oftentimes violent demonstrations, elements of which are aimed at deposing the current regime, came after Ukrainian authorities ditched controversial negotiations for closer trade relations with the EU in favor of an even more controversial tighter alliance with Moscow.

Amid the escalating turmoil, some analysts have suggested that there is mass deception at work — an effort to mislead the people of Ukraine with two orchestrated alternatives: closer links with Moscow, or deeper ties with the increasingly out-of-control entity ruling over much of Europe. Apparently being a sovereign nation and trading with all willing partners is not on the menu. Meanwhile, as part of a long-running trend in geopolitics, Kremlin-linked globalist voices are again calling for more “integration” between Russian authorities and the EU.

The latest round of unrest in Ukraine, the worst in almost a decade, began late last month when President Viktor Yanukovych’s government announced that it was backing out of talks with the EU. Yanukovych, a former member of the Communist Party during the Soviet era, remains closely affiliated with Moscow, which reportedly exerted strong pressure on Ukrainian officials to scrap the EU deal. Shortly after the announcement, though, tens of thousands of furious protesters swamped government buildings and clashed with police.

The so-called “Association Agreement” between the Ukrainian government and the sovereignty-crushing European bloc would have, among other developments, eased trade restrictions while showering IMF and EU taxpayer funds on Ukraine — with “strings” attached, of course. While it was not guaranteed, supporters of “integration” with the super-state in Brussels hoped the apparently defunct deal would have put the Ukrainian government on the road to full EU membership. Authorities in numerous other former Soviet-controlled Eastern European nations have already joined.

Instead of the EU deal, however, Yanukovych and his allies decided to pursue closer alignment with the Kremlin, which is working to build its own “Customs Union” transnational integration scheme with former Soviet-dominated countries. After the massive protests, Yanukovych said he was willing to “reconsider” talks with the EU, but analysts broadly suspect that unless his regime resigns or is ousted from power, Kiev will remain under Russian influence — at least for the foreseeable future. A bid in Parliament to oust the current Ukrainian leadership was narrowly rejected this week.

As the unrest escalated, Yanukovych took off for an official visit to the communist dictatorship ruling mainland China. Under heavy financial pressure and crushing debt, analysts claim the Ukrainian government and the nation itself need to borrow more money — whether from the West, Russia, or China, which has already lent it billions. Banks and ratings agencies commenting on the growing uproar in Ukraine largely warned of further risks to the economy, government bonds, and the hryvnia currency.

Russian officials have stood by Ukrainian authorities amid the escalating unrest after threatening to retaliate if the EU deal went forward. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, for example, said Moscow was watching events closely and that Kiev was an “important strategic partner” during meetings with a high-level Ukrainian delegation in the Russian capital. “We’re watching what’s happening in your country,” Medvedev was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti. “It’s an internal affair of Ukraine, though it’s really important to have stability and order there.”

Western officials, meanwhile, offered mixed reactions. NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen blasted what he called the “excessive” use of force against protesters and called for an end to the violence from all sides. “Obviously we fully respect Ukrainian decisions on their alliance affiliations and to which organizations they want to belong or with which organizations they want to cooperate,” he claimed. “But I would expect such decision-making processes to be truly democratic.”

Polls cited in media reports suggest about 45 percent of Ukrainians supported the deal with the EU, while some 15 percent would prefer to join the Moscow-led “Customs Union” with the governments and regimes ruling Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. The rest reportedly either rejected both integration schemes or were undecided. Other polls, however, have suggested that the public is more evenly split between the EU and the Customs Union.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, in Brussels for a NATO summit at the time, cancelled a planned visit to Kiev and claimed there was “very powerful evidence” that the Ukrainian public wanted closer associations with the EU. “We stand with the vast majority of the Ukrainians who want to see this future for their country,” he told journalists, adding that he looked forward to visiting Ukraine “when it too gets back on the path of European integration and economic responsibility.” The Obama administration has also been threatening the British with “consequences” if, as polls suggest, they vote to secede from Brussels.

While the ongoing saga has largely been portrayed in the establishment press as a battle over Ukraine between the two behemoths — the EU and the Kremlin — some analysts are expressing suspicions about the narrative. “Ukrainian enthusiasm for the EU seems a kind of manipulated reality,” noted a staff analysis report about the situation in the market-oriented Daily Bell, adding that “whether the Ukraine stays within Russia’s ambit or crosses over is probably not going to make much of a difference in the long run.”

Noting that regional tensions between “East” and “West” reminiscent of the Cold War era were being reignited, the Daily Bellanalysts suggested that “the re-imposition of the dialectic is part of a larger manipulation now taking place throughout the world.” The idea, the analysis continued, is to foment largely bogus polarization as a tool to advance a broader agenda — something the establishment has long exploited to advance its aims.

“At the top of the ‘pyramid,’ elites use similar techniques and have similar goals and objectives,” they noted, dismissing the portrayal of Putin and his “mafia” as some sort of heroes ready to save the world from an out-of-control Western establishment. “And given the way the power elite works, we wouldn’t be surprised if there were ‘understandings’ at the top that transcended the evident hostilities between the BRICs and the West…. The current conflict in the Ukraine may be presented as one that pits East against West, but in reality the goal is always the same.”

Indeed, as The New American has documented even recently, the goal of eventually achieving “convergence” between “East” and “West” is now openly discussed even by top government officials. With the ongoing crisis in Kiev, the same mantra is back in the headlines yet again. In a Moscow Times column dubbed “How Russia and EU Can Build a Greater Europe,” for instance, veteran Putin apparatchik Sergei Markov described the vision clearly.

“Russia would like to build good relations with Europe, and it has proposed the Greater Europe project with that goal in mind,” Markov wrote, highlighting Moscow’s efforts to build a “Eurasian Union” after the Customs Union scheme. “At that point, the Eurasian Union could join with the EU to create a Greater Europe, gradually formalizing common economic and humanitarian practices, establishing a unified set of rules and the free flow of trade, capital, people and ideas. That would make for a very strong Europe.” At the same time, the Obama administration is working on an “integration” deal with the EU, too.

Strategically located in the heart of Eastern Europe, Ukraine has suffered from more than its fair share of government terror and brutality over the last century — particularly under Soviet rule, when Communist autocrats exterminated resisters and deliberately starved millions of Ukrainians into submission in the early 1930s as part of what many experts refer to as genocide. The New York Times and the establishment, of course, tried fiendishly to cover up and sugar-coat the horrors, but the facts slowly emerged anyway. National Socialist (Nazi) rule a decade later was brutal as well.

After Ukraine re-emerged as a supposed independent nation in 1991 after the “collapse” of the USSR, turmoil continued, but conditions seemed to be improving — even if slightly and slowly. Eventually, amid allegations of election fraud and corruption, mass political chaos and protests that analysts refer to as the “Orange Revolution” rocked Ukraine in late 2004. The latest demonstrations are reportedly the largest since then, and few expect the crisis to blow over any time soon.

As The New American has documented extensively, despite the apparent effort to create an impression of division and competition between the socialist and communist regimes ruling the so-called BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) against the Western establishment, even a brief perusal of official documents and statements would expose the purported split as largely manufactured for public consumption. In reality, Western leaders and the BRICS are all openly calling for an empowered United Nations, a global currency, and what many top officials from “East” and “West” have described as a “New World Order.”

Meanwhile, more than a few prominent voices have drawn parallels between the EU and communist totalitarianism. Former Soviet dictator Mikhail Gorbachev even approvingly described the Brussels-based super-state as “the new European Soviet” during a 2000 visit to Britain. Additionally, numerous top figures in the EU served barbaric communist dictatorships and were members of communist parties before joining the new and improved party in Brussels.

“What they did is they recreated the very evil system that the people in Eastern Europe had lived under before, but the incredible thing was that many of the new [EU] bosses had also worked for that same evil system before,” observed U.K. Independence Party leader and popular Member of the European Parliament Nigel Farage. He was referring, of course, to the Soviet-backed regimes ruling much of the region just two decades ago.

“The common denominator with the (EU) Commission is the sheer number of them that were communists or were very close to communism,” Farage said in a separate speech, pointing to EU commission boss José Manuel Barroso, a former Maoist revolutionary, and other known current or former communists in power at the EU. “We have at least 10 communists in this commission, and it must feel like a return to the good old days.”

More than a few analysts and political leaders, including the last president of the formerly communist-ruled Czech Republic, haveechoed those concerns. With the public narrative around Ukraine trying to portray the issue as some sort of “East vs. West” brouhaha, however, reality and the facts have been largely overlooked. In essence, it appears that Ukrainians are being bamboozled into embracing one of two bad options.

Better alternatives — independence and freedom, for example — have hardly even been mentioned amid the uproar.

US energy company Chevron has resumed its search for shale gas at a controversial site in north-east Romania after hundreds of riot police forcefully removed protesters from the village of Pungesti.

For more than two months, the village, which is believed to be sitting on large reserves of the valuable natural resource, has been the site of largely peaceful protests. Villagers, many of whom are elderly farmers, have set up camp next to the fields targeted for drilling, spending their nights in makeshift tents and cooking on open fires.

Even as the weather turned and temperatures dropped below zero, they looked set to stick the winter out. "We want the mayor to leave and Chevron to leave. We need courageous men, not to use force, just to show them we are united and we are not afraid," said Alexandru Focșa, 45, a farmer who has been camping since October.

At 4am on Monday the Romanian gendarmerie [paramilitary police force] moved in to secure the way for Chevron's trucks. In a scene that resembled a military operation, they occupied the village, blocking all access points with riot police vans and preventing anyone from leaving or entering for over 24 hours. Several villagers were detained and fined for the criminal offence of blocking a public road. Villagers say that anyone leaving their homes was stopped for questioning.

Afghan opium production highest ever...

Ali Meyer
cnsnews.com
December 2, 2013

After 12 years of occupation by U.S. military forces, Afghanistan set a record for growing opium poppies in 2013, according to newly released data from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

“Opium poppy cultivation in Afghanistan reached a sobering record high in 2013,” said the UNODC. “According to the 2013 Afghanistan Opium Survey, cultivation amounted to some 209,000 hectares, outstripping the earlier record in 2007 of 193,000 hectares, and representing a 36 per cent increase over 2012.”

In fact, according to the latest worldwide data on opium-poppy cultivation, Afghanistan dedicates more land to the cultivation of opium poppies than all of the rest of the world combined.

According to the UNODC’s “World Drug Report,” published in May--which included data for the world’s primary opium producing regions through 2011--the 131,000 hectares that was devoted to opium cultivation in Afghanistan that year was more than the combined 76,500 hectares used to cultivate opium poppies in other places. This included the 43,600 hectares in Myanmar, the 12,000 hectares in Mexico, the 4,100 hectares in Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the 362 hectares in Pakistan, the 338 hectares in Columbia, and the combined 16,100 hectares under in various other countries.

After the Sept. 11, 2001 al Qaeda terrorist attacks on the United States, the U.S. sent military forces into Afghanistan to overthrow the Taliban regime there and deny al Qaeda the use of that country as a sanctuary. That year, according to UNODC, Afghanistan had a recorded low of 7,606 hectares under cultivation with opium poppies (in 2000, by contrast, Afghanistan had had 82,171 hectares under cultivation).

In the years following 2001, the U.S. troop presence in Afghanistan generally increased, especially after President Barack Obama took office in 2009 and launched a military surge there.

As of Sept. 2002, a year after the terrorist attacks, there were 10,400 U.S. troops in Afghanistan, according to the Congressional Research Service. In January 2009, the month Barack Obama was first inaugurated, there were 32,800 U.S. troops there. By December 2009, there were 69,000. And, by September 2010, there were 98,000.

As of this October, the latest month reported by NATO, there were 60,000 U.S. troops still on the ground in Afghanistan—27,200 more (or 83 percent more) than 32,800 who were there when Obama took office.

Despite the significant long-term U.S. troop presence in Afghanistan, the top opium cultivating regions in that country are provinces in the nation’s south and west that lie along the borders of Iran and Pakistan. These include Helmand province, which borders on Pakistan; Kandahar province, which borders on Pakistan; Farah province, which borders on Iran; Nimroz province which borders on Iran and Pakistan; and Nangarhar province, which borders on Pakistan.

According to the UNODC report, “the vast majority of opium cultivation remained confined to the country’s Southern and Western provinces, which are dominated by insurgency and organized criminal networks.”

*****

It is reported that the US and allied troops merely turn a "blind eye" to the opium crops... and nothing is done to circumvent it so as not to upset the "farmer". I think certain organizations are making huge money off these crops... money that doesn't come with strings like Senate oversight if you catch my drift. Now, even if you are a gung-ho full retard that thought we were winning a "war" in Afghanistan... what now when the "bad guys" have more funding then ever?

Three Rochester high school students arrested while waiting for school bus...

While awaiting a bus to a game a cop assumed three high school students were loitering. The cop ordered the kids to leave the area. Instead of listening to the boys tell him they were awaiting a bus he began to 'cuff them.

One cop told the boys coach that if he had the room he would arrest all of them.

Everybody I know of, including myself, has had some sort of dialogue with a cop with an attitude that is described in the video above. Your rights don't matter and you cannot ask a question of a jackbooted thug.

“We was just waiting for our bus and he started arrested us,” one of the students who was arrested, Wan’Tauhjs Weathers, 17, described.

The boys families each gave their thanks on Thanksgiving in the form of posting $200 in bail. Hey, something has got to keep the coin in the local government trough. The boys await trial on December 11.

The UN's human rights chief has said an inquiry has produced evidence that war crimes were authorised in Syria at the "highest level", including by President Bashar al-Assad.

It is the first time the UN's human rights office has so directly implicated Mr Assad.

Commissioner Navi Pillay said her office held a list of others implicated by the inquiry.

The UN estimates more than 100,000 people have died in the conflict.

They just never give up don't they? For years now looking for a way to overtly attack Syria... just like for years and time after time they try and garner control over the internet (the one place all sides of a story may be told).

100,000 people dead because of a staged insurrection at the behest of globalist western powers. Retired general and former NATO poster boy Wesley Clark has publicly stated that plans existed over ten years ago (prior to the invasion of Iraq) which detailed widespread regime change throughout the middle east... and Syria was a target (Arab Spring anyone?). NATO, under the Obama regime and French government, has aided domestic and foreign fighters that seek to wage jihad in Syria... and it is FACT that many of these individuals were fighting U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. In other words Obama and the NATO machine has funded and armed elements of al-Qaeda. Many of those fighting against Assad and the Syrian government are not even Syrian. I'll say it again... al-Qaeda. Just a few months ago none of the intelligence "experts" would be willing to bet their life on these alleged war crimes.

I can't wait to see their "evidence".

Here is what one outspoken Syrian ex-pat has to say (and I believe her family faced poltical persecution and fled the Syrian gov't and now lives in Australia - so keep THAT in mind while listening to her):

Feel free to comb through the various posts regarding Syria here.

One more thing; How many people have died around the globe now, first due to Dubya Bush and Cheney, and now Obama??? And that wasn't enough... Obama had to have a kill list. But of course, let's not even consider war crimes here. Never mind everything they've done is built on a house of cards.

If you can't tell, I'm getting right sick of this bull shit. My goal here is to convince you of nothing other than we cannot buy what we are told through "official" channels.

Boston Children's Hospital Kidnaps & Holds Teen Girl For 10 Months

[In more news from around the police state...]

Mike Adam
NaturalNews.com
November 21, 2013

A 15-year-old Connecticut girl remains held by Boston Children's Hospital, a victim of the hospital's "kidnap and ransom" operation, traditionally called "K&R." K&R is not usually seen in hospitals, and that's what makes this story so bizarre and disturbing.

Boston Children's Hospital kidnapped the teen girl from her Connecticut family nearly 10 months ago under the excuse of a contrived medical diagnosis. Through legal maneuvering, the hospital managed to gain legal custody of the girl, and the "ransom demand" is the demand that the parents stop trying to remove the girl from the hospital so that Boston Children's can generate maximum revenue from so-called "treatments" which have so far accomplished nothing.

"It is kidnapping," said the girl's father, Lou Pelletier. "It's beyond any wildest nightmare that you could think of."

The clinical psychologist known by the family says, "It's the most bizarre situation ... I've ever been involved with."

After the contrived diagnosis by the hospital, both parents "were escorted out of the hospital by security, and within four days, they lost custody of Justina," reports FoxCT.com.

Boston Children's Hospital now engaged in felony criminal kidnapping

What we are all witnessing here is far beyond the utter abandonment of medical ethics. This is a case where a hospital has crossed the line into blatant mafia-style criminality.

"Kidnapping" is defined as:

The crime of unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or fraud, or seizing and detaining a person against his or her will with an intent to carry that person away at a later time.

This perfectly fits the definition of what Boston Children's Hospital has done to the Pelletier family. The hospital has no legitimate legal authority to assume control over a family's teenage daughter, especially when the parents were so actively concerned and involved in the child's wellbeing. The custody they claim to have now is based entirely on fraud and misrepresentation, thereby making the custody fraudulent.

The hospital cited "both parents' resistance towards recommended treatment plans" as part of its justification for kidnapping the girl for nearly 10 months. Make sure you fully grasp what this means: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE with a doctor's diagnosis of your child, the hospital will kidnap that child for an indefinite period, and local law enforcement authorities will very likely side with the hospital rather than the parents (because cops are easily intimidated by doctors).

The hospital is God. It is the ultimate authority and the owner of all your children. If you disagree with the hospital, you are stripped of your parenthood. Your child is taken from you by force -- essentially at gunpoint -- and if you try to rescue your own child from the hospital, YOU will be charged with kidnapping your own child! (This isn't fiction. We've already reported on this happening before.)

Justina Pelletier is a prisoner of Boston Children's Hospital

Right now as you read this, Justina Pelletier is a prisoner of Boston Children's Hospital. The hospital will not let her leave. She is being forced to eat hospital food, which is much like prison food. Her movements are controlled. She is monitored. Her communication with the outside world is restricted.

This is the definition of prison.

Even if the hospital one day decides to release Justina Pelletier, it will almost certainly bill the parents for potentially millions of dollars in medical costs. That's where the "ransom" part comes into play. The longer the hospital criminally holds the girl as a kidnapping victim, the more bills they rack up which they may try to charge to the parents -- even though the parents never consented to the outrageous medical diagnosis and kidnapping in the first place!

The ultimate medical tyranny

This is the ultimate medical tyranny. You are witnessing hospitals transition into paramilitary medical enforcement detection centers where all medicine is administered at gunpoint and parents are escorted away from their children by husky, heavily-armed "security officers."

When it comes to children, vaccines, chemotherapy and psychiatric drugs are all weapons of destruction used as tools domination and control. Doctors now believe they alone have the intelligence to decide what's best for children, even at the expense of violating families, parental rights, individual liberty and medical common sense.

This is why you should NEVER take your child to a conventional hospital unless it's an absolutely life-and-death emergency. Even then, prepare to be accused of harming your own child and then escorted at gunpoint out of the hospital if you don't 100% agree with the diagnosis of some drug-pushing doctor who's more than likely receiving financial kickbacks from psychiatric drug manufacturers.

Boston Children's Hospital has a history of medical abuse of children

This isn't the first case of Boston Children's Hospital abusing children for profit, by the way. Over a hundred years ago, Dr. Arthur Wentworth used 29 children at the hospital as human guinea pigs for unethical medical experiments involving tapping into their spinal columns.

In response to this grotesque abuse of children by the hospital, Dr. John Roberts of Philadelphia characterized the procedure as "human vivisection."

The Boston Children's Hospital has never issued an apology for using human children in medical experiments. Don't hold your breath waiting for an apology of the kidnapping of Justina Pelletier, either.

Why we are calling for the arrest and prosecution of hospital executives

Natural News calls for the arrest and prosecution of Boston Children's Hospital executives for the felony kidnapping of a teenage girl.

"The future of pediatrics will be forged by thinking differently, breaking paradigms and joining together in a shared vision of tackling the toughest challenges before us." - Boston Children's Hospital President and CEO Sandra L. Fenwick

(You gotta give her credit. Kidnapping really is thinking differently!)

American poor at 49.7M, higher than official rate

Associated Press
November 6, 2013

The number of poor people in America is 3 million higher than the official count, encompassing 1 in 6 residents due to out-of-pocket medical costs and work-related expenses, according to a revised census measure released Wednesday.

The new measure is aimed at providing a fuller picture of poverty but does not replace the official government numbers. Put in place two years ago by the Obama administration, it generally is considered more reliable by social scientists because it factors in living expenses as well as the effects of government aid, such as food stamps and tax credits.

Administration officials have declined to say whether the new measure eventually could replace the official poverty formula, which is used to allocate federal dollars to states and localities and to determine eligibility for safety-net programs such as Medicaid.

Congress would have to agree to adopt the new measure, which generally would result in a higher poverty rate from year to year and thus higher government payouts for aid programs.

Based on the revised formula, the number of poor people in 2012 was 49.7 million, or 16 percent. That exceeds the record 46.5 million, or 15 percent, that was officially reported in September.

The latest numbers come as more working-age adults picked up low-wage jobs in the slowly improving economy but still struggled to pay living expenses. Americans 65 and older had the largest increases in poverty under the revised formula, from 9.1 percent to 14.8 percent, because of medical expenses such as Medicare premiums, deductibles and other costs not accounted for in the official rate.

There also were increases for Hispanics and Asian-Americans, partly due to lower participation among immigrants and non-English speakers in government aid programs such as housing aid and food stamps.

African-Americans and children, helped by government benefits, had declines in poverty compared with the official rate.

"This is a real incongruity, when 1 in 6 people face economic insecurity here in the richest country in the world," said Joseph Stiglitz, a Columbia University economist and former chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers who has argued for more government action to alleviate income inequality.

Obama Secret Service Agent: “It’s Worse Than People Know… and I’m Not Trying to Scare You Either”

Mac Slavo

You may have your suspicions about what’s going on behind closed doors at the White House.
But according to one of President Obama’s former body guards it’s much worse than we can even imagine.

Dan Bongino has protected numerous Presidents over his career, including President Obama. He has been within ear-shot of many a discussion in the Oval Office, but up until this administration has stayed out of the lime light. Apparently, however, the activities of this administration are so abhorrent that he could no longer keep quiet.

Bongino is so upset with what he witnessed that he is now running for Congress because he feels it’s the only way to take America back from the sycophants who have made every effort to enrich themselves with money and power at the expense of the American people.

How bad is it?
We’re in a lot of trouble.
The President sees government – and I think it’s because of his lack of experience and maybe community organizing in the past – as this shiny new toy.
For all the disagreements I had with Clinton, Carter and Bush there were always limits… there was that line you just didn’t cross… We cross it seemingly every day. We’re lost in the scandals…
The Jamie Dimon shakedown at Chase… the HHS scandal.. Kathleen Sebelius shaking down the health care industry for money… the IRS… it’s to the point where these scandals in and of themselves would be huge back-breaking scandals [but] are just lost in the scandal fog of this administration…
It’s worse than people know… and I’m not trying to scare you either.

Toddler burns alive while cops repeatedly tase father who was trying to rescue him

(MustWatchNewsAlerts) A Louisiana, Missouri father was prevented from saving his 3-year-old son from a house fire when cops tased him three times for attempting to enter the burning building. The fire started in a ground floor play room while the parents were asleep in the living room. The toddler was asleep upstairs in his bedroom. After waking up to the smell of fumes, the parents managed to get outside before calling 911. Stepfather Ryan Miller then kicked down the front door to the building as police and firefighters arrived.

The house was too hot for firefighters to enter, but when Miller attempted to rush in to try and save his stepson, he was restrained and then tased three times by a city police officer.
"He tried to get back in the house to get the baby," grandmother Lori Miller told KHQA. "They took my son to jail because he tried to save his son."

3-year-old Riley Miller was later found dead near the doorway to his bedroom and the house was completely destroyed.

"It's just heartless. How could they be so heartless?" said sister-in-law Emily Miller. "And while they all just stood around and waited for the fire department, what kind of police officer wouldn't try and save a three year old burning in a house?"

This is perhaps the most egregious example to date of police officers engaging in the kind of behavior that defies any rational explanation.

From unnecessarily shooting people's dogs, to violently invading people's homes for no reason, to sending SWAT teams to deal with minor domestic disputes, cops are rapidly being turned into a predatory force that serves little other function than terrorizing the public.

The sheer scale of police brutality on every level is now so chronic that many people now suggest not calling the police in the event of a crime because in many cases they make the situation immeasurably worse, often with violent consequences.

When a public is so afraid of the police that they would rather be a silent victim of crime than run the risk of coming off on the wrong side of law enforcement, that society is turning tyrannical.

Responsible police officers who honor the constitution and actually seek to be public servants in the line of duty need to condemn police brutality at every opportunity because they are being tarred with the same brush and it's creating a climate of fear and distrust -- a toxic cocktail that rarely goes unchecked without acting as a wrecking ball to liberty and free societies.

Inside the "Electronic Omnivore": New Leaks Show NSA Spying on U.N., Climate Summit, Text Messaging

Democracy Now!
November 4, 2013

As Edward Snowden seeks clemency from the United States, The New York Times has revealed new details about how the National Security Agency is spying on targets ranging from the United Nations to foreign governments to global text messages. We are joined by New York Times reporter Scott Shane, who reports that the NSA has emerged "as an electronic omnivore of staggering capabilities, eavesdropping and hacking its way around the world to strip governments and other targets of their secrets, all the while enforcing the utmost secrecy about its own operations." The Times article reveals how the NSA intercepted the talking points of U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon ahead of a meeting with President Obama in April and mounted a major eavesdropping effort focused on the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Bali in 2007. The Times also reveals the existence of an NSA database called Dishfire that "stores years of text messages from around the world, just in case." Another NSA program called Tracfin "accumulates gigabytes of credit card purchases."
