The people that are caught up with and worshipping the "royals" should be ashamed of themselves. It's beyond pathetic the attention a couple gets for having a baby... a couple, and family, that does absolutely nothing for British society outside of being parasitic. We have people like the royals in the States; they usually tend to have mental issues and are on early social security... they just don't get as much public money and don't get any praise.

Republican donors push to legalize illegal immigrants

Stephen Dinan
The Washington Times
July 30, 2013

Nearly a hundred top Republican donors and Bush administration officials sent a letter to the House GOP on Tuesday urging lawmakers to pass a bill that legalizes illegal immigrants, arguing that the current system is already allowing them to stay and so it makes sense to register them and bring them into the system.

The donors, led by former Bush administration Cabinet officials Carlos Gutierrez and Spencer Abraham, also said that immigrants are potential Republican voters who can be won over — if the party can be seen as welcoming to immigrants. [How about the party actually starts serving the citizens that voted for them? Better yet, why don't we destroy this corrupt and archaic two-party system??? - Bryan]

“Doing nothing is de facto amnesty. We need to take control of whom we let in our country and we need to make sure everybody plays by the same rules,” the donors said in their letter. [Has someone told the Hispanic population of California that this would jeopardize their Dream Act? After all, we're talking about playing by the same rules right? Hmm... how naive of me. - Bryan]

They aimed their pitch at House Republicans, who are trying to figure out a way forward and find themselves trapped between angry rank-and-file voters who say legalizing illegal immigrants amounts to amnesty, and party elites and donors who say the GOP cannot survive nationally without embracing legalization as part of a strategy to win over Hispanic voters [Oh, you're not Hispanic? You didn't wade through a river with your clothes in a bag over your head? These politicians obviously took the Hypocritical Oath. - Bryan].

You know, the question here by these political cockroaches is whether or not to sell out. Selling out by politicians is nothing new, but in this scenario the problem is who they seek to sell out to; and that, my friends, is a demographic that is alien to American society (for the most part)... it is a demographic that largely forms enclaves versus assimilating into our society. And, we make this easy for them; just call your bank's 800 number and you will be prompted whether or not you need English or Spanish (and how many people does this make upset enough to take their business elsewhere?). No other nation on this planet, including those in Central or South America, are allowing their societies to be torn in two due to an influx of foreign nationals - call a bank in Mexico City and I promise you that you will not have an option for English. For example, I would not move to the Ukraine and expect to not have to learn the language, nor would I expect to receive benefits above and beyond that of the average Ukrainian citizen. THIS is what is happening in places like California... and if not stopped, coming soon to a place near you.

So, these idiot conservatives rationale is that doing nothing is de facto amnesty so they might as well hand out amnesty??? HOW THE F%$# IS THAT TAKING CONTROL OF IMMIGRATION IN THE UNITED STATES?!?!?!!!!!!

If you want to hand out amnesty to people that are coming here to send money to their families back home in their corrupt country, not because they want to be American, why don't you go and live in the god damn barrio first and see the fruits of your ideology. That's the thing; none of the shitheads promoting amnesty in Hollywood, Washington DC, big corporate CEO's, or the hipster leftists have to go and raise their families in an eroding neighborhood... but be forewarned; this shit spreads - I've seen the city I grew up in change from thriving businesses to $.99 and liquor stores and students sitting on classroom floors - soon your little castle on the hill is going to be surrounded by third world, third class hoods. If you find yourself visiting southern California and would like a tour of this by me personally, drop me a line.

Hey, let's take a look at the LAPD's TOP TEN MOST WANTED. I'm sure someone could say, "Well that's LAPD". So, let's take a look at the San Diego Sheriff's TOP TEN! Hmm... San Bernardino? Riverside? What about Orange County's own Santa Ana?

It is all part of a globalist agenda in the end. Hopefully, we start holding corporations and politicians feet to the fire. Should you think I'm a nutjob conspiracy theorist I have a rather simple question for you; We all know that politicians and CEO's and their board members largely are not humanitarians - so why then are they pushing so hard for amnesty???

At the VERY LEAST - pop your head out of your butt and understand that there is NO DIFFERENCE between the left and right... or Bush and Obama.

If you are familiar with my blog, or me, you would understand that a) I think the "War on Terror" is a sham, and b) I don't agree 100% with Dennis Michael Lynch... he is obviously on the hook by the official government/terrorism ploy, but if that's what it takes to get Joe Schmoe up off his ass so be it. I purchased his first film and, outside of the mentions of terrorism, they are definitely worthwhile.

Russian police condone gay bashing

Slavic Neo-Nazi's?!? Huh?

President Putin's crusade against LGBT community in Russia took a new turn.

Infamous Russian ultranationalist and former skin head, Maxim Martsinkevich, known under the nickname "Cleaver" (or "Tesak" in Russian) spearheaded a country wide campaign against LGBT teens using a popular social network VK.com to lure unsuspected victims through personal ads. Mr. Martsinkevich's numerous and enthusiastic followers started two projects: "Occupy Pedophilyaj" and "Occupy Gerontilyaj".  Allegedly they are trying to identify and report pedophiles using these "movements". In reality, over 500 online groups have been created inside VK.com social network in order to organize illegal militant groups in every Russian city. Oddly enough their idea of fighting pedophiles targets exclusively male teenagers who respond to the same-sex personal ads and show up for a date. Captured victims are bullied and often tortured while being recorded on video.  These self-proclaimed "crime fighters" perform their actions under the broad day light, often outside and clearly visible to general public that indifferently passes by or even commend them. Video recordings of bullying and tortures are freely distributed on the Internet in order to out LGBT teens to their respective schools, parents and friends. Many victims were driven to suicides, the rest are deeply traumatized. So far Russian police took no action against these "movements" even though Russian criminal code was clearly violated and despite numerous complaints from parents, victims and LGBT activists.  Social network VK.com intermittently shuts down selected groups and profiles only to allow them to be re-open on the next day. Currently, the founder of VK.com, Pavel Durov, resides in the US and so far has not released any comments.

This graphic and violent video shows an underage victim in Moscow, Russia. He was bullied, tortured and sprayed with urine in the broad day light ...
These douches are likely anti-gay as it strikes too close to home; even their torture is homoerotic.

A few thoughts come to mind after seeing this.

The first is this; how absolutely stupid are these Russian guys that think they are Nazi's? I guess nobody told them the real deal actually despised Russians and viewed Slavs as subhuman. Reading that is like reading about a black guy claiming to be KKK.

Secondly, how insecure do you have to be to feel threatened by the actions of someone else? I have never been for gay marriage and I don't blindly support anything that has to do with LGBT rights (I don't think a person's rights should be dictated by what they are sexually attracted to), but I have no issue with domestic partnership, and really, I could care less what someone else likes to do with their penis or vagina so long as it a) doesn't interfere with my life, and b) doesn't harm anyone. You would think that these "big, tough, and macho" morons would maybe have an IQ high enough to see gay men as increasing the number of single and available women but I guess not.

Apparently, Russian police are doing nothing to intervene and the "social" media site (I'm so sick and tired of social media), VK.com, isn't doing much either.

European companies should stop sending data to the US, German privacy officials say

Loek Essers
IDG News Service
July 25, 2013

The European Commission should suspend agreements that allow European companies to transfer personal data of European citizens to the U.S., the German Conference of Data Protection Commissioners has urged.

The Commission, meanwhile, is working on an assessment of the agreements that it will present before the end of the year.

Due to the mass surveillance of communications by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA), U.S. companies can no longer fulfill European requirements for the exchange of personal data, said Germany’s Conference of Data Protection Commissioners in a joint letter sent to German chancellor Angela Merkel that was published on Wednesday. The conference consists of the federal data protection commissioner and the data protection commissioners of the German states.

The US is not up to EU standards

The European Commission’s data protection directive prohibits the transfer of personal data to non-E.U. countries that do not meet E.U. standards for privacy protection. To allow exchange of personal data with U.S. organizations, the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission developed a “Safe Harbor” framework, allowing E.U. companies to keep exchanging personal information within the bounds of the agreement.

Under the Safe Harbor conditions companies, for example, must show that they prevent penetration of their networks, Imke Sommer, the Bremen Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information said on Thursday. She added, however, that, “As we know by now there is no safe network, the NSA is watching.”

Therefore, the German data protection authorities have asked the Commission to suspend the Safe Harbor agreements and review whether U.S. companies can still comply with them, she said. If the agreements are suspended, that would mean that no European company would be allowed to send personal data to the U.S., Sommer said.

Feds tell Web firms to turn over user account passwords

Secret demands mark escalation in Internet surveillance by the federal government through gaining access to user passwords, which are typically stored in encrypted form.

Declan McCullagh
CNET
July 25, 2013

The U.S. government has demanded that major Internet companies divulge users' stored passwords, according to two industry sources familiar with these orders, which represent an escalation in surveillance techniques that has not previously been disclosed.

If the government is able to determine a person's password, which is typically stored in encrypted form, the credential could be used to log in to an account to peruse confidential correspondence or even impersonate the user. Obtaining it also would aid in deciphering encrypted devices in situations where passwords are reused.

"I've certainly seen them ask for passwords," said one Internet industry source who spoke on condition of anonymity. "We push back."

A second person who has worked at a large Silicon Valley company confirmed that it received legal requests from the federal government for stored passwords. Companies "really heavily scrutinize" these requests, the person said. "There's a lot of 'over my dead body.'"

Some of the government orders demand not only a user's password but also the encryption algorithm and the so-called salt, according to a person familiar with the requests. A salt is a random string of letters or numbers used to make it more difficult to reverse the encryption process and determine the original password. Other orders demand the secret question codes often associated with user accounts.

A Microsoft spokesperson would not say whether the company has received such requests from the government. But when asked whether Microsoft would divulge passwords, salts, or algorithms, the spokesperson replied: "No, we don't, and we can't see a circumstance in which we would provide it."

Google also declined to disclose whether it had received requests for those types of data. But a spokesperson said the company has "never" turned over a user's encrypted password, and that it has a legal team that frequently pushes back against requests that are fishing expeditions or are otherwise problematic. "We take the privacy and security of our users very seriously," the spokesperson said.

Apple, Yahoo, Facebook, AOL, Verizon, AT&T, Time Warner Cable, and Comcast did not respond to queries about whether they have received requests for users' passwords and how they would respond to them.

Richard Lovejoy, a director of the Opera Software subsidiary that operates FastMail, said he doesn't recall receiving any such requests but that the company still has a relatively small number of users compared with its larger rivals. Because of that, he said, "we don't get a high volume" of U.S. government demands.

The FBI declined to comment.

Google declined to comment. Microsoft declined to comment. Apple declined to comment. Yahoo! declined to comment. Facebook declined to comment. AOL declined to comment. Verizon declined to comment. AT&T declined to comment. Time Warner declined to comment. Comcast declined to comment. The FBI declined to comment. And the American people decline to do absolutely anything in response to the continued assault on their rights. This is a match made in heaven - you're average asleep-at-the-wheel Amerikan, pacified by watching grown men throw around balls and watching television, and the usual suspects [the same assholes we see involved in PRISM].

At this point I feel like I'm simply a captive spectator; I think I'm on the wrong planet.

Why would Google and the others be so dodgy? Well, to be honest, asking whether or not these companies would be complicit with requests that invaded the privacy of millions of American citizens is stupid; most of these companies were actively involved in the NSA's PRISM program.

So what is it going to take for you to begin to punish these companies? Are you going to run out next week and buy Google's new Nexus tablet? Are you going to keep logging into Facebook? What is it going to take for you to no longer keep voting in the same people and falling for the same old lines???

War on terror? No, the war is on you. Welcome to Amerika.

Supporters of live baiting often form closed communities.  The ads emphasize: only for club members. Perhaps, because they understand that most people would not approve of such monstrosity.

And Pakistan has just made my long shit list of groups of people that let bad shit happen: apparently they find it fun to torture bears as if it was the year 1000AD. That's their sport. I guess you could say it is also some people's sport to fly drones and blow shit up. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just saying we all reap what we sow and I don't make a distinction between one life or species versus the other. Personally, I'd like this planet a whole lot more if the lot of you were launched into space with limited oxygen.

You know, if humans really do have to consume and destroy anything and everything on this planet, and in the end the only thing that is left is the shitheads that perpetuate that destruction and these people's principles, I'd rather go as well.

I Have No Regrets

Edward Snowden
Information Clearing House
July 12, 2013

Hello. My name is Ed Snowden. A little over one month ago, I had family, a home in paradise, and I lived in great comfort. I also had the capability without any warrant to search for, seize, and read your communications. Anyone’s communications at any time. That is the power to change people’s fates.

It is also a serious violation of the law. The 4th and 5th Amendments to the Constitution of my country, Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and numerous statutes and treaties forbid such systems of massive, pervasive surveillance. While the US Constitution marks these programs as illegal, my government argues that secret court rulings, which the world is not permitted to see, somehow legitimize an illegal affair. These rulings simply corrupt the most basic notion of justice – that it must be seen to be done. The immoral cannot be made moral through the use of secret law.

I believe in the principle declared at Nuremberg in 1945: "Individuals have international duties which transcend the national obligations of obedience. Therefore individual citizens have the duty to violate domestic laws to prevent crimes against peace and humanity from occurring."

Accordingly, I did what I believed right and began a campaign to correct this wrongdoing. I did not seek to enrich myself. I did not seek to sell US secrets. I did not partner with any foreign government to guarantee my safety. Instead, I took what I knew to the public, so what affects all of us can be discussed by all of us in the light of day, and I asked the world for justice.

That moral decision to tell the public about spying that affects all of us has been costly, but it was the right thing to do and I have no regrets.

Since that time, the government and intelligence services of the United States of America have attempted to make an example of me, a warning to all others who might speak out as I have. I have been made stateless and hounded for my act of political expression. The United States Government has placed me on no-fly lists. It demanded Hong Kong return me outside of the framework of its laws, in direct violation of the principle of non-refoulement – the Law of Nations. It has threatened with sanctions countries who would stand up for my human rights and the UN asylum system. It has even taken the unprecedented step of ordering military allies to ground a Latin American president’s plane in search for a political refugee. These dangerous escalations represent a threat not just to the dignity of Latin America, but to the basic rights shared by every person, every nation, to live free from persecution, and to seek and enjoy asylum.

Yet even in the face of this historically disproportionate aggression, countries around the world have offered support and asylum. These nations, including Russia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Ecuador have my gratitude and respect for being the first to stand against human rights violations carried out by the powerful rather than the powerless. By refusing to compromise their principles in the face of intimidation, they have earned the respect of the world. It is my intention to travel to each of these countries to extend my personal thanks to their people and leaders.

I announce today my formal acceptance of all offers of support or asylum I have been extended and all others that may be offered in the future. With, for example, the grant of asylum provided by Venezuela’s President Maduro, my asylee status is now formal, and no state has a basis by which to limit or interfere with my right to enjoy that asylum. As we have seen, however, some governments in Western European and North American states have demonstrated a willingness to act outside the law, and this behavior persists today. This unlawful threat makes it impossible for me to travel to Latin America and enjoy the asylum granted there in accordance with our shared rights.

This willingness by powerful states to act extra-legally represents a threat to all of us, and must not be allowed to succeed. Accordingly, I ask for your assistance in requesting guarantees of safe passage from the relevant nations in securing my travel to Latin America, as well as requesting asylum in Russia until such time as these states accede to law and my legal travel is permitted. I will be submitting my request to Russia today, and hope it will be accepted favorably.

Thank you.

New studies: ‘Conspiracy theorists’ sane; government dupes crazy, hostile

Dr. Kevin Barrett
PAKALERT Press
July 14, 2013

Recent studies by psychologists and social scientists in the US and UK suggest that contrary to mainstream media stereotypes, those labeled “conspiracy theorists” appear to be saner than those who accept the official versions of contested events.

The most recent study was published on July 8th by psychologists Michael J. Wood and Karen M. Douglas of the University of Kent (UK). Entitled “What about Building 7? A social psychological study of online discussion of 9/11 conspiracy theories,” the study compared “conspiracist” (pro-conspiracy theory) and “conventionalist” (anti-conspiracy) comments at news websites.

The authors were surprised to discover that it is now more conventional to leave so-called conspiracist comments than conventionalist ones: “Of the 2174 comments collected, 1459 were coded as conspiracist and 715 as conventionalist.” In other words, among people who comment on news articles, those who disbelieve government accounts of such events as 9/11 and the JFK assassination outnumber believers by more than two to one. That means it is the pro-conspiracy commenters who are expressing what is now the conventional wisdom, while the anti-conspiracy commenters are becoming a small, beleaguered minority.

Perhaps because their supposedly mainstream views no longer represent the majority, the anti-conspiracy commenters often displayed anger and hostility: “The research… showed that people who favoured the official account of 9/11 were generally more hostile when trying to persuade their rivals.”

Additionally, it turned out that the anti-conspiracy people were not only hostile, but fanatically attached to their own conspiracy theories as well. According to them, their own theory of 9/11 – a conspiracy theory holding that 19 Arabs, none of whom could fly planes with any proficiency, pulled off the crime of the century under the direction of a guy on dialysis in a cave in Afghanistan – was indisputably true. The so-called conspiracists, on the other hand, did not pretend to have a theory that completely explained the events of 9/11: “For people who think 9/11 was a government conspiracy, the focus is not on promoting a specific rival theory, but in trying to debunk the official account.”

In short, the new study by Wood and Douglas suggests that the negative stereotype of the conspiracy theorist – a hostile fanatic wedded to the truth of his own fringe theory – accurately describes the people who defend the official account of 9/11, not those who dispute it.

Obama and EPA want more Glophosate on your plate

Monsanto once made a chemical that became known as Agent Orange. They said it was safe, only to later hire Mitt Romney to repair their rightfully damaged reputation.

Now, the company that makes agricultural poison (and engineered resistant seed) which has been banned in places throughout the EU, and their friends Barack Obama and the EPA, FDA, et al, want to allow you to consume more of their Glyphosate poison (AKA Roundup). Obama not only signed what we know as the "Monsanto Protection Act", he is now working towards their interests... not ours or the planets.

Here is a little example of the presence this entity has with its frankenfood within the principal crops of the United States; in 2009, 93% of all soy and 80% of all corn grown were Monsanto patented experiments. They have also been pushing to add their chemical sweetener, Aspartame, to your kids milk [really, that same milk already is full of their engineered growth hormones and antibiotics - yum].

Monsanto is everything we don't need in, what should be, a natural world where our food comes from.

This is the change you can believe in. It's the continued change to meet the third world in the middle. The continued change of growing corporate power, and lessening of the private citizens. The continued change of covert eugenics imposed on a willful and eager populace.

Tell President Obama and the EPA that Americans deserve less chemicals on their food not more! Reject the increase in chemical residues allowed on your food. Every voice counts!
